Anglo-Saxon enamelled mount. Circa 5th-6th century AD. Copper-alloy, 16.79 grams. 29.86 mm. A heavy round mount with a large fixing lug on the reverse. The face of the mount is detailed with a motif formed of four curled arms and a central annulet, most of the original red and blue enamel survives. Most likely a bowl or bucket mount.
